Prasad started his entrepreneur journey before completion of Engineering Degree in Electronics from Mumbai, India. Even though his various businesses were targeted to different Market Segments; One thing he always followed is solving Vital needs of Target Audience with unique Idea, Give Best Customers Experience, Communication in Style, Providing complete Support, empowered every Business to scale up with least resources.
After 30 years of Experience; making or helping 20 + International Brands & 100+ Domestic Brands; Prasad is now full-time Brand Consultant with own execution team to empower businesses having Idea, Product & Passion; with Brand Identity, Brand Positioning, Brand Digitization & Brand Promotion.
CA. Milind S. Desai is a Chartered Accountant having more than 30 years of professional experience. He worked in various professional organizations like M/s S. B. Billimoria & Co., then reputed firm of Chartered Accountants in India. Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India Ltd. (ICICI Ltd.), Birla Global Finance Ltd., Tata Finance Ltd. & Tata Finance Merchant Bankers Ltd. He got an opportunity to work with J P Morgan in its joint venture with ICICI Ltd. He has also undergone a three months training program in Corporate Finance organized by J P Morgan in New York, during which he got an opportunity to meet and interact with many corporates looking for setting up of businesses in India.
He was selected for an Electronics Training Program conducted by Dataquest Inc. U.S.A. This program was a part of the World Bank’s Electronic Industry Development Project. In this program, he had an opportunity to visit and interact with industry specialists across the Globe.
He has been instrumental in turnaround of couple of corporates with innovative financial assistance. His experience in financial restructuring and financial planning has helped his clients in Merger and Demerger of their businesses and growing those business verticals independently. He has also helped them in reviewing their income streams and has suggested and implemented innovative strategies to either enhance those income streams or widen the range of those streams.
